The ALLIANCE and Scottish Government have produced several resources on bowel health, in support of the Women's Health Plan.
The bowel is a really important organ in supporting our over-all health and making sure we are well-nourished, have energy and feel healthy.
When people have issues with their bowel health, they may feel too embarrassed to get the support they need. Symptoms can have a big impact on people’s lives, but there are often small changes that they can make that can make a big difference.
To raise awareness of women’s bowel health and common bowel concerns, the ALLIANCE and the Scottish Government have produced a number of resources.
Please feel free to use and share these resources widely. We’d love to hear your feedback if they have supported better awareness raising, how you’ve used them and with whom. Email us at whp@alliance-scotland.org.uk
