The survey is part of research to improve the lives of Scottish LGBTQ+ communities.

LGBT Youth Scotland has launched the Life in Scotland for LGBTQ+ young people survey, and is seeking views from anyone aged 13 – 25, who identifies as LGBTQ+ and lives in Scotland.

The survey aims to provide a snapshot across many areas of life, including education, the NHS, mental health, coming out, safety, work, home life, representation and the media.

LGBT Youth Scotland has conducted a Life in Scotland project every five years since 2007, and the results have been used in decision making at all levels across the country to recommend and evidence change to improve the lives of LGBTQ+ young people.

By completing the survey, which will take 20-40 minutes, you can turn your experiences into real change and ensure that the research is representative of what’s happening in the real world for diverse LGBTQ+ communities in Scotland.
