If you are a carer who has a loved one in a care home, or are considering a move to a care home, join this event to find out more.
Join the Person Centred Voices team at Eastwood House, Eastwood Park Roukenglen Road, Giffnock for a heart-to-heart chat with carers.
On 16 May, you can join a What Matters to You (WMTY) session in which you can hear from two local carers who will share their story of caring. You can also hear from Tommy Whitelaw on ‘intelligent kindness’, swap stories with a local care home manager, and dive into the world of person-centred care.
What Matters to You is an approach promoted worldwide that shows how we can improve outcomes for people by understanding what matters to them within the wider context of their lives.
