Apply for this highly regarded leadership development offer from Leading to Change and PSD Scotland.
YaCL is designed for colleagues working across health, social care and social work who are involved in, or contributing to, integrated working. It supports participants to develop the skills, confidence and insight needed to lead collaboratively across organisational and professional boundaries, where effective partnership working is essential.
The programme is aimed at mid- to senior-level professionals who are working across boundaries (e.g. health, social care, social work, or the third sector) and can bring a live integration-related challenge to explore during the programme.
Applications are open now until Tuesday 7 July 2026. The programme will run from Autumn 2026.
