If you utilise NHS Inform as part of your job or work role, could you please share your views and experiences via the online survey.
NHS24 and the Scottish Government are looking for views on NHS inform from anyone using the service in a professional capacity. The aim is to get a greater understanding of the value of NHS inform to people working across Scotland’s health and social care system, particularly in the delivery of services.
A short online survey has been issued and you are invited to give your views. Your insights will help shape the future direction of NHS inform and ensure it continues to meet the needs of the health and care system in Scotland.
Please complete the survey here: [https://u1.mu-iq.com/run-task-survey?pbid=3446446] [this link will take you away from our website]
This discovery research seeks to understand:
- How NHS inform currently supports the wider health and care system in the delivery of services
- Assess the value and impact of NHS inform within the wider system
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency and sustainability across health and social care in Scotland
The closing date for the survey is Friday 13 June 2025 with findings expected to be produced by 30th June 2025.
If you have any questions or would like more detail on the research, please get in touch with Carol McCambley (carol.mccambley@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk) or Raimonda Sidaraite (raimonda@uservision.co.uk).
