GCU partners with over 400 organisations in Scotland to give apprentices the opportunity to earn while they learn and develop new skills.
You can develop your workforce through Graduate Apprenticeships at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU). GCU, the leading provider of Graduate Apprenticeships, partners with over 400 organisations across Scotland, to give apprentices the opportunity to earn while they learn, and to develop the skills employers want and need. GCU offer a range of fully-funded graduate apprenticeships designed to develop skills within the workplace.
Starting in September, the range of apprenticeships programmes include:
Business and Finance
- BA (Hons) Business Management (specialisms in HR Management (CIPD) and Hospitality Management)
- MAcc Master of Accountancy
Technology and Digital
Engineering and Built Environment
- BEng (Hons) Engineering: Design and Manufacture (specialisms in Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation)
These programmes provide an excellent opportunity for you to upskill your current employees or attract new talent, enhancing their ability to deliver high-quality care and services. Graduate Apprenticeships also promote a more diverse and skilled workforce, supporting organisations in retaining talent and developing future leaders.
Study patterns are flexible and designed in consultation with employers to ensure they meet workplace needs. Programmes typically take between 2-5 years to complete, with entry based on relevant qualifications or experience.
