Help shape the future of the National Recruitment Campaign.
In September 2024, we launched the National Recruitment Campaign as part of the Volunteering Action Plan, alongside the work of the Cost-of-Living Task Group. The Campaign was designed to support organisations across Scotland to recruit volunteers more effectively, particularly during a time when many communities are under increased pressure.
The Campaign aims to:
- Raise awareness of the value of volunteering
- Encourage a wider and more diverse range of people to get involved
- Support organisations with tools, stories, and practical recruitment guidance
Whether you’ve actively used the Campaign’s resources, shared its messages, or simply followed its progress, your feedback is invaluable. We want to know what’s worked well, what hasn’t, and what support you still need to help strengthen volunteer recruitment in your organisation.
This survey asks about:
- Your experiences with the Campaign so far
- Any changes you’ve made to your recruitment approach
- Ongoing challenges or barriers you’re facing
- What further support would be most helpful
