Free exercise sessions in Hamilton for people living with Parkinson's and their carers.
Hamilton based social enterprise MorphFit have received a grant and training from Parkinson’s Scotland to deliver fun and effective exercise sessions for people living with Parkinson’s and their carers. They are currently accepting referrals and self referrals for the sessions.
These fully funded exercise sessions will take place at MorphFit’s lifestyle clinic in Hamilton and will launch in early October.
