The Scottish AI Alliance is hosting the People’s AI Panel on Saturday 16 August 2025 in Glasgow.
The Scottish AI Alliance is hosting the People’s AI Panel on Saturday 16 August 2025, 9am – 5pm at The Studio in Glasgow. This dialogue event, which builds on previous collaboration with the ALLIANCE, will explore how Artificial Intelligence can be used in trustworthy, inclusive and ethical ways across health and care.
The day will explore how Artificial Intelligence is being used in health and care, and how it could better reflect people’s needs, rights and lived experience. No experience with AI is needed, just your perspective. In attending you will have the opportunity to take part in group discussions and help shape how the people of Scotland can get involved in discussions and decisions around the use of AI in health and care.
There are two routes to take part:
- Public contributors from across Scotland can apply to join the Panel. No prior knowledge is needed. Travel, accommodation and a £150 contribution fee (or alternative) are provided.
- People working in AI, health or care can express interest in attending as observers or contributors to the dialogue.
Public contributors from across Scotland are encouraged to apply. Travel and accommodation will be provided, along with a £150 contribution fee (or alternative).
Apply to join the panel by 9am, Monday 28 July by visiting the Scottish AI Alliance’s website here to register.
