Next programme launch of SMS:CONNECT, the free online self management programme for young people aged 9–17, from Children's Health Scotland.
Children’s Health Scotland are launching their next programme of SMS:CONNECT, the free online self management programme for children and young people, on Monday 27 October and there are still a few spaces available.
The programme is aimed at children and young people aged 9–17 living with long term health conditions. No diagnosis is required.

Benefits of the programme:
- It is a completely free, creative, and supportive programme
- Designed to build confidence, wellbeing, and peer connection
- Delivered online by trained facilitators in a safe, fun space

This is a fantastic opportunity for families who may be struggling to access support.
