Free self management and wellbeing resource for everyone helping young people with their wellbeing.

Highland Youth Living Well, a project created with young people, for young people, and funded by a grant from the Health And Social Care Alliance Scotland, have launched a suite of free self‑management and wellbeing modules designed to help young people navigate the challenges of growing up.

The ten Youth Self‑Management and Wellbeing Modules are now available to youth groups, schools, parents, carers, community organisations, and anyone supporting young people. Each module includes an easy to follow session plan, fun activity ideas, and engaging animations that bring key wellbeing themes to life.

The modules cover a wide range of topics that help young people build confidence, resilience, and practical skills for managing their wellbeing whether they’re living with a long‑term condition, recovering from illness or loss, or simply facing the everyday pressures of growing up.

Designed to be flexible, the modules can be used in any order, adapted to different settings, and tailored to the needs of individual groups or families.

All modules are free to access once registered and approved.
