Join the Scottish Learning Disabilities Observatory for a wellbeing event as part of Scottish Learning Disability Week 2026.

This free event is for anyone interested in accessible healthy lifestyle activities and information about improving health and wellbeing for all.

This event is part of Scottish Learning Disability Week, which is about celebrating people with learning disabilities and increasing awareness of the challenges they face every day. The event is open to all and may be of particular interest to people with learning disabilities, neurodivergent people, disabled people, families and carers, and the people and organisations who support them. 

This event brings together a range of partners including DatesnMates Glasgow, Space for All, Mind and Draw, Wel-co.me, Disability Sport Glasgow, Speech Bubble, Glasgow Life and more TBC. They will be offering a variety of activities and information covering many aspects of health and wellbeing, from sport and fitness opportunities, sexual health, social connection, creative arts and accessible facilities across Glasgow.

There will also be researchers from the Scottish Learning Disabilities Observatory sharing the latest research about healthy lifestyle behaviours for supporting good health. Lunch and refreshments will be available.
