Professional feedback wanted on co-ordinated support plans

Enquire are keen to understand how co-ordinated support plans are working in real-life .
Enquire, the Scottish advice service for additional support for learning, are developing a resource for professionals regarding co-ordinated support plans (CSPs). To ensure the resource is practical, relevant and informed by real experience, they are seeking feedback from professionals who work with CSPs to identify where guidance and support are most needed.
If you can spare around 10 minutes to complete their survey, they would be very grateful.
This is an opportunity for health and social care professionals to share their experiences of CSPs and help shape a resource that reflects perspectives from across the sectors involved, making the final resource as useful and effective as possible.
