Join free sessions for health and social care staff.
Are you seeking fresh ways to feel healthy? Needing to release stress, anxiety and fatigue?
Energise this February with Health at Hand™ (this link will take you away from our website) movement & breath sessions specifically for Health & Social Care staff. No previous experience needed.
Energise in the Morning
Tuesday 1 February – 22 February at 8.30-8.50am
20 minutes of guided energising movement and gentle stretches suitable for workplace or home settings. Join Rhiana Laws for this warm and activating session to feel refreshed. Drop-in to as many of these weekly Tuesday sessions as you wish.
Starstruck themed wellbeing workshops
Wednesday 2 March at 12.30 – 1.00pm and 6.00 – 6.30pm
Inspired by Gene Kelly’s iconic work in Hollywood, escape with us to the glamour and grace of Paris, 1960. Rejuvenate and restore yourself with this guided movement session featuring live piano accompaniment.
