Take the survey to help make NHS 24 services more accessible

NHS 24 have launched a survey to help make their services more accessible for people who have a sensory impairment, are a BSL user, or have a speech impairment.

The survey will inform how much people know about NHS 24 services and what their experiences are. This information will be used to improve access and support.

BSL users can complete the survey through a one-to-one conversation with a member of the NHS 24 team. This conversation will be supported by Contact Scotland BSL. Please email NHS24.EngagementTeam@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk to schedule a call.
