Young Women’s Empowerment Day

Mindspace's Empowerment Day has been created for young woman between the ages of 16-18.
The Young People and Adult Recovery College team at Mindspace are holding an Empowerment Day. It will be for young women between the ages of 16-18 years on Thursday the 19th of October (10am-5pm).
The day will be full of activities promoting confidence, creativity and tools for being an empowered young woman of today. Free lunch, snacks and soft drinks will be provided.
It is an opportunity to meet others and chat to experienced Mindspace facilitators who have been where you are.
The team are really excited to share this Empowerment Day with as many young women as possible, so that those who are interested in attending can sign up within the next few weeks.
