The strategy sets out how ALISS aims to achieve continued growth and build on the strengths of its data to deliver value across Scotland.
Since 2010, ALISS (A Local Information System for Scotland) has grown into one of Scotland’s largest data sources holding information about local and national health and wellbeing resources. It lists activities, services, groups, and supports. Thousands of people use the ALISS website each month, including the public, unpaid carers, and professionals. As a result of this level of success, stakeholders now consider ALISS a key master data source. This recognition brings new opportunities and challenges, which drive the need for ALISS to continue to grow and demonstrate its value to users. This strategy sets out how ALISS is looking to achieve this in the 2025-2028 period.
