The University of Glasgow is running a research project to validate a new questionnaire helping to support people taking multiple medicines

The aim of the interview is to fine tune the wording of a questionnaire within the Manage Medicines web and mobile app so that it is as easy as possible for people to understand and provide answers.

The Manage Medicines questionnaire is designed to help people with long term conditions who take multiple medicines to identify key issues they would like to share with their GP or pharmacist and discuss at their medicines review.

A similar follow up questionnaire enables the patient to indicate whether the medicines review helped with the issues they identified.

The team would greatly value input from people with experience of living with multiple conditions and taking multiple medicines.

Your feedback will help to make the questionnaire as user-friendly as possible so that many people will get the benefit of this preparation for their medicines review and being able to share key concerns with their healthcare professional.

Please consider taking part if: you are an adult (18+); you live in Scotland or Ireland (NIR or ROI); and you take regularly two or more medications, or if you live with two or more health conditions.
