CEIS is recruiting Board members offering a unique opportunity to shape their organisation and influence Scottish policy. If you are committed to their vision of building a more inclusive economy, they want to hear from you. Apply by 12pm on Friday 12 August.

As CEIS begin to set out their strategy for the next three to five years they’re seeking individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds with a range of skills and experience to join their Board.

A Board role at CEIS will appeal to someone who is passionate about building a more inclusive economy. Somebody who believes in the power of enterprise and in community enterprise to transform our communities. Someone who wants to see Scotland transition to a more wellbeing, sustainable economy.

They’re looking for Board members with a diverse range of views and experiences, both personally and professionally. People who understand how an organisation works, what governance means, how finances work, what an organisation’s legal and employment responsibilities are.

They also need people who can help progress key areas like community wealth building and local economic development. Digital transformation of organisations and of our economy. How to deal with, present and learn from data.

Fundamentally they are looking for people with passion, skills and experience who want to work alongside them to build a more inclusive economy in Scotland.
