Scottish Ballet’s new online Long Covid resource SB Emerge

Live online sessions from Scottish Ballet for people living with Long Covid.
Are you or is someone you know living with long Covid? Scottish Ballet’s live, online classes have been developed to help support your wellbeing.
You will be guided through simple breathing exercises and gentle movement to live music.
The 30 minute classes are free to attend and take place on Thursdays, at 11:00am and 5:30pm
What to expect from a session:
- Friendly and fun
- Relaxed and informal
- Learn new skills
- Classes led by experienced dance health artists and accompanied by optional live music
- All abilities welcome, at any stage of your long Covid journey.

Please note these sessions do not replace medical interventions, but positively complement the clinical care that may have been provided to you throughout your unique lived experience of Long Covid.

Can’t make the live sessions? Our FREE long Covid films and audio resources ranging from 5-15 minutes can be done at a time that suits you.
