The Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) will host Inclusive Workplaces Week Scotland from 17 to 21 November 2025.

This free programme of online learning is designed to support employers in recruiting and retaining disabled talent. The week will include a mix of information sessions and bitesize training, with opportunities to hear from expert organisations and access practical guidance. A highlight of the week is DuoDay, which promotes equal employment opportunities and showcases the positive contributions disabled people make at work.

All webinars are one hour long and delivered on Microsoft Teams (unless otherwise indicated). Sessions include:

  • Dementia in the Workplace – Alzheimer Scotland Centre for Policy and Practice
  • How Does Supported Employment Work for Employers? – SUSE
  • Flexible Working Workshop – Flexibility Works
  • Neuro-inclusive Workplaces – Into Work
