Participate in British Heart Foundation research.
As an independent researcher, the British Heart Foundation is interested in your experience of participating in cardiac rehabilitation. Ultimately, this will help to inform and improve services for others.
British Heart Foundation would like to hear from patients across the UK on their experience of cardiac rehabilitation over the past 18 months; to better understand their views on hybrid / digital delivery and unpick what were the most enabling factors (and indeed challenges) in achieving long term behaviour change.
Due to the importance of your feedback for this research, all eligible responses received before Wednesday 23rd February 2022 will be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 Amazon or John Lewis voucher.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the survey to become involved in additional research in relation to this topic, carried out by the British Heart Foundation. If you are interested, you will be asked to provide your contact details. Your details will only be used to contact you about future research for this project and will not be used for any other purposes.
All views from patients will be anonymised and the themes presented in the paper will not be assigned to any geographical area.
The survey remains open until the 23rd Feb and it can be accessed here.
