Share your experiences of Long Covid information and support in Scotland by completing the ALLIANCE's new survey.
The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE) is seeking views from individuals with lived experience of Long Covid, their families and carers, and those with a vested interest in the development of Long Covid information and support such as third sector organisations who support people with Long Covid.
We would like to hear what your experience has been, what are your views and priorities are for the direction of Long Covid care, and about what is important to you with regards to Long Covid information and support. Through sharing your experience and opinions, you will help to influence policy which will directly impact on Long Covid provision in Scotland. Positive experiences will allow us to share good practice and negative experiences will highlight areas of focus for improvement.
The survey is available to complete now on SmartSurvey (this link will take you away from our website).
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and asks a total of six questions. It does not ask for any personal or identifiable details. This survey is completely anonymous with no means of identifying who has taken part. You can read our full privacy policy here.
The survey will be closing to responses on 23 September 2022.
The information collated will be shared with the Scottish Government and other interested parties and will inform how services are delivered in the future.
If you have any questions about this survey or are interested in joining the Long Covid Lived Experience Network, please contact longcovid@alliance-scotland.org.uk.
