#TryAToolTuesday raises awareness of free and trusted apps and resources that help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.

Welcome to #TryAToolTuesday! This month we are excited to share four different apps, tools and resources:
- Breathing Space – a free, confidential phone and web-based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. More information – https://www.breathingspace.scot/.
- Mind Yer Time – a co-designed online resource to promote positive use of screen time for children and young people. The website has positive tips, stories and information. More information – https://mindyertime.scot/.
- Blethr – is an online platform for men that provides a confidential and safe space for men to explore their thoughts and feelings. More information – https://www.brothersinarmsscotland.co.uk/the-support-space/.
- Human Rights Town – an app designed to empower people with learning disabilities to recognise and realise their human rights. More information – https://www.scld.org.uk/human-rights-town-app/.
