The ALLIANCE celebrates five years since the launch of the Discover Digital Guide and wants you to help shape its refresh.
The Discover Digital Guide was created to introduce people to the idea of using digital for health and wellbeing. In the five years since its release, this topic has been more relevant than ever, with the explosion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and launch of the online health and social care platform ‘MyCare.scot’.
The Guide was created following feedback from Discover Digital events in 2018/2019. People needed a place where they could find trusted information on accessing digital services and were often overwhelmed by choice.
What do we want to hear?
The Guide, as it is a living document, has changed over the years, for example tools, services and links that have become unavailable have been removed. However, the structure and much of the content has remained the same.
With the refresh, we are looking to hear how accessible and meaningful it is to you. So, is it engaging? Does it read well? What is missing? Should we include information on AI?
How can you take part?
- Take part in the Smart Survey and share your thoughts, here.
- To receive an email version of the survey, please contact dhcscot@alliance-scotland.org.uk.
- Call 0141 404 0231 to arrange a chat with Maisie Peebles, the Discover Digital Development Officer, if you’d prefer a non-digital option.
The deadline for feedback is Friday 18 September.
Please note there are seven sections of the Guide in Word and PDF form, which can be accessed here. Please have a quick read through before completing the feedback.
