Person centred design
Using a person centred design approach, we learn from our users and improve ALISS based on their feedback.
The ALISS programme follows a person centred design approach, meaning that we build and improve ALISS based directly on the experiences and insights of people who use it.
We gather feedback through methods like one-to-one interviews, surveys, workshops, focus groups, and other engagement activities. This helps us understand what works well and what can be done better. When we develop new ideas or prototypes, we may also ask for feedback to ensure that the changes meet the needs of our users.
Once we have collected and analysed the information, we turn them into specific insights that can inform our service design, where we prototype new processes and features for ALISS. This is an ongoing cycle where we refine our ideas based on user feedback until we find the best way forward.
