The ALISS programme reviews activities for the ALLIANCE Annual Report
ALISS now sits within the wider ALLIANCE Digital Health and Care Team and throughout 2019, the ALISS Programme has been working to develop a strategy informed by new Technical and User Research as well as stakeholder feedback from ongoing partnership and engagement activities.
ALISS has sought to embed a Service Design approach and Agile ways of working to ensure a continued and strengthened focus on delivering an improved service driven by user needs.
ALISS continues to work with a range of Third Sector and Statutory partners to help people find and share information about the wide range of community assets and services that can support health and wellbeing. At a national level, through partnership work with NHS 24 and Macmillan Cancer Support, information from ALISS is now available through Scotland’s Service Directory on the NHS Inform website enabling citizens and professionals to access a more holistic view of statutory and Third Sector supports that can help people to live well.
ALISS also continues to engage and work with partners and communities at a local level and during 2019 have been involved in a variety of projects and events throughout Scotland.
