Every Tuesday the Discover Digital team at the ALLIANCE shares a free and trusted digital tool that supports health and wellbeing.

The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing.

It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This January we shared four different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

  • The PBC Foundation app – Self management app for those with primary biliary cholangitis. More info here.
  • NHS Connect Me – A name for a variety of services that allow you to communicate with your healthcare professional. More info here.
  • Versus Arthritis Virtual Assistant – AVA is a chatbot and it will give you general information about arthritis and how to manage your symptoms. More info here.
  • About Digital and Me (ADAM) – Helps people living with long term conditions find the right technology. More info here.

Tried one of these tools? Give us a shout on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn or email at dhcscot@alliance-scotland.co.uk with your thoughts. We’d love to hear from you.

If you would like to learn about more digital tools, search #TryAToolTuesday on X (formerly Twitter) for previous months!

This initiative is part of the Discover Digital project at the ALLIANCE, more information here.
