The aim of #TryAToolTuesday is to raise awareness of free and trusted apps and resources to help people improve and manage their health and wellbeing. It has been launched across ALLIANCE X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and LinkedIn.

This August we shared four different apps, tools and resources. Why not check them out?

  • Sleepio – a clinically proven and structured programme to help with Insomnia. Access Sleepio here.
  • Safespot – an app for that promotes positive mental wellbeing in children and young people by helping them improve their coping skills. Access Safespot here.
  • Breathing Space – a free, confidential phone and web-based service for people in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety. Access Breathing Space here.
  • ALISS, A Local Information System for Scotland – ALISS connects you to services, groups and activities in your area related to health and wellbeing. Access ALISS here.
